called a friend and wanted all sorts of banking info.  promised to pay off part of debt by withdrawing $77.00 dollars a month until debt was paid tosears.  Said they were city bank.  Checked both sears and citi bank and they said they had never heard of them or this number.  Area code is from Arizona.
