This is a fax machine at the University of Arizona Medical Center (hospital). Nobody from UMC is going to be checking this forum and they won't be leaving messages because it's a fax machine. The repeated calls are because the fax machine did not connect to another fax machine and so it trying repeatedly (automatically) to continue to reach a fax machine. The "Do not call" list does not apply as this is not a telemarketing firm, just a hospital trying to get business done, not soliciting business.
Of course, reaching the people who have complained here is a mistake. Either a misdial from a medical assistant or a patient gave them the wrong fax number.
If you want to avoid more calls from this number, I suggest you fax them and tell them your number was mistakenly called by their fax machine and you'd appreciate their not calling again and trying to find the correct number.

I googled it and found out its from University Medical Center, which kind of scared me, but im pretty sure its to confirm my daughters eye specialist appointment in 2 days.
