This number (and another number from the same company 360-322-6158) has called our office 12 times in less than ten minutes. They claimed to be a company called Merchant Services which a return phone call reveals as a loan approval company. The lady that called identified herself as "Alicia" and asked for the owner (one of the owners answered the phone), but strangely Alicia did not want to speak to that owner and when that owner hung up on Alicia, we received 11 more calls (tying up all our phone lines) as Alicia claimed she was not harassing our business with these calls, but that she wanted to offer us something, but only to a specific owner.
Sounds reasonable, right? BTW, she refused to allow us to speak to a supervisor.
Reputable company, right? I don't think so!
Yes, she called about a dozen times in a row. I asked her to stop calling after the third, she asked how I knew who she was and I hung up. She continued to call. Dumb.
They called me the last couple of days. Left a message and gave a Reference #. Brittany called today wanting me to listen to her script. Told that not interested and to take me off her list. She stated that they don't have a list and would keep calling. (Went to FCC.gov and filed complaint) If you dont have a list, then what is the ref # for? Told that this number comes up and goes into CC scam. She stated "We cant please all the people all the time" What if Im one of those persons you cant please? Why would they waist time to keep calling me to harass me when they could be trying to persuade someone else? (# is St. David, AZ Outside of Benson, AZ?)
Called on 2013-08-20 at 10:42am by Brittney. Said that our Merchant Services Account could be upgraded from a "low credit" risk to an "interchange" level. Said that she was from Eschelon Financial. When I asked that she send our company something by US mail so that we could evaluate their offer, she said that they didn't have anything to send out. I said that sounds like a scam if they don't have materials to send by mail. She hung up.
