Rude rude rude!! Publishers house? When I told them my mother wasn't here, I got snapped at & told "well why did u ask who's calling?"..when I called back to speak to a manager to complain & get her number taken off the list I was told to read Psycology Today & the idiot attempted to hang up on me but it took him quite a few times to figure it out..PURE GENIUSES working for this company!
