This number is used by Reliable Financial Services, LLC of Gilbert, AZ, rfsdebt.com, to sell debt plans. Caller spoke Hindi to a co-worker in background.
I keep getting calls from this number and performed a search which comes back to Qwest Corporation/Communication which is Internet, phone service, VoIp provider. The number must have been issued by Qwest to this Reliable Financial Service. Don't know that this helps but the number is registered under Qwest.
I have rec'vd two calls from this number in as many days. I have not answered and no message is left. When I attempt to call right back, I get the message that the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service.
Just got a call from them--matched the details seen above, except that I told him we were on the "do not call" list and that he was in violation, since we didn't have an exiting relationship with them. Then _I_ hung up.
