So I have received 4 calls today first time 8am with o2c on caller ID they hung up, second time the caller id displayed 000-000-0000 unkown caller @11:56 I get a gentleman "simon" with a very heavy asian accent from apex services. I told him I was on the DNC list do not call back. called back 2:05 with # o2c same guy simon I said you already called today I told you im on DNC. I need to find out who these people are and file a complaint. When I try to call the # back hmmm its been disconnected. How the hell is that possible?

The guy refused to identify himself. I started yelling at him demanding that he do so. He said he was calling from American Financial and was calling about my "outstanding debt" Then he kept asking if I were an American lady.
