Called my cell phone even though my number is on the do-not-call list. I answered because I thought it might be someone I knew. After a pause, a guy who sounded as if he was in the lower-IQ range asked, "Is the homeowner there?" I asked, "Who are you calling please?" He said, "I'm from SmartHome Solar. How are you today?" At least I believe that was the name of the company. I said, "I'm sorry, I don't take solicitations at this number," and he hung up mid-sentence. I blocked the number and will continue using clean coal.
