Unable to understand what was said (if anything)

It appears that the phone 520-844-2670 is being used to probe other phones, perhaps for commercial or political financial purposes. If you answer with your name, the caller knows there is somebody home at the other end, and what his/her name is.

I answered the phone (since it was local), but there was no response to my "Hello" so I hung up

No caller ID number. Left no message. (local call for me)

The number called my house phone and NOBODY has that number so I just let the phone ring and waited for a voice message. No voice message was recorded. 1st tine this number calls
