Did not leave a voice message, but sent a text claiming to be Carlos from Verizon with a upgrade for my cell phone at their store on Scottsdale rd and 7th ave. I could not find a Verizon with that address and the call came from a southern Arizona location Tucson area? Smells like a rat!
