This number called my phone today 02-19-08 9:39 am said his name was Mike and knew a lot of information about recent inquiries for refinancing our home. I felt really weird when he started asking questions and knew the total for refinancing so I started asking him questions and he did not like that then I asked where are you from he said I'm calling from Wells Fargo in Canada....Wow I simply told him to take me off his list which that does nothing I'm sure and hung up the phone. I next time will ask more questions and try not to be shocked and nervous next time. So if this number calls you get all the important information first.
Have called 3x today. Each time a different person. When I ask who's calling or ask to take a message, they hang up. We're in the process of buying a house so I assume they're calling to offer some super-duper financing options. Must not be a big-name mortgage co. if their telemarketers can be so darn unprofessional. Tried calling back and get a message that this is not a valid #.
Have received numerous calls from this number; will not pick it up because I do not know the number; and does not leave a message; maybe I should pick it up and tell him I have reported him to the FBI.
