I just got the same call but I answered. Same thing...heavy breathing so I hung up and blocked the number. I should have checked here first before I answered now they know it is a legitimate number and I am probably going to get more calls now.

Called earlier when I was not home they left no message. Second time they called I answered and heard breathing as well. They would not say anything, also heard a woman laughing in the background. I think I had this number blocked before at one time.
