This company does conduct unlawful debt collection pratices. I have repeatedly reuqested, in writing, to be provided with the contract and NSF check that this company is trying to collect. They have refused to provide this documentation since the initial attempt in 2007. Their "attorneys" have tried to use big words from the law that they believe I will not understand. I am an under graduate studying criminal law and I know their practices are unlawful. In each call, they expressed dislike to the fact that I quote the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Lou has been calling me for weeks trying to find a number for my son. I have repeatedly told him to not call my number because my adult son is not available at this phone. Today when I told him I was going to report him for calling he told me "go ahead, I'm gonna call you any time I want"
