I live in tucson, didnt know number didnt answer, no message left called back and just a loud pitched tone.. Scammers im sure.. Blocked

This number showed up as a missed call on my cell phone. It's definitely a robo scam call. I don't know anyone in Tucson and I've only given my number out to two family members.
