Called... I answered but let them listen to my radio while on speaker phone. No one said anything and then they hung up.

didn't answer, no voicemail

Called my cell. I declined the call. No message left. Now on scam list in my contacts.

Called. Ignored. No message. I did not call back.

"Press 1 to lower your electric bill. press 1 if you're unhappy with the upcoming electric price increase..""  Most likely a solar equipment sales company.  Extremely tired of the tactics these solar companies are using to spam my mobile phone.
