This scammer repeatedly calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They fail to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, an additional violation of the TCPA. The scammer plays a recorded message without an operator on the line, yet further violating the TCPA. They fail to provide a phone number or physical address when asked, still further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim requested information about their plan to make the victim tens of thousands of dollars every week, which the victim has not requested. In fact, the victim has told the scammer multiple times to remove their number from the scammers pyramid scheme list. It is clear from their recording that this is a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any financial information.
My mistake. There's an 83 second voicemail. The male caller claims I responded to their offer. He does give his name. Probably only gives a website but I'm no wasting the time to listen. They want as little personal contact as possible to keep from being traced.
This scammer continues to call numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, even after being told repeatedly to stop calling. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They fail to provide a phone number when asked or a physical address when asked, continuing to violate the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim has asked to be called (which is false) and that they victim will make tens of thousands of dollars ever 14 days by participating in the scammer's "marketing system" with nothing to sell and nothing to promote. This is clearly a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any financial or personal information.
