Who called from 5302064580

I am totsally deaf and take only phones that my recorder receives. I would appreciate stopping annoying calls as I am 92 years old  and have to get some one else to listen.

I get a call from this number with no mesasge.  Spam call??

THEY CALL, I DONT KNOW THEM, I CALL THEM BACK TO ASK WHO THEY ARE AND THEY SAY GOODBYE AND HANG UP EVERY TIME WITH NOTHING ELSE TO IDENTIFY THEM....WHAT IS WCA?
