Wanted to put money in our paypal account for snowmobile and arranged for freight co. to pick up when I told him I would meet hin in CA for cash, he said he was "offshore" defineatly a scammer. text number was 9524-665-01, and when he called had a strong asian accent and couldn't understand him.
