Live telemarketer, some kind of electric bill scam, possibly solar. I hung up before she could tell me what she was selling.

Here we go again...

Caller leaves no message.

I called back, got a recorder solar sales pitch with some claim that "we will be in your area".

More "solar" phone spam.  There must be a lot of gov't incentive money floating around for these scumbags to grab these days, since they even come to my door weekly.
