I got a call from KCNC as well wanting to clean my carpet for free because I answered their survey questions. Silly me didn't get a call back number from them in case I couldn't keep the appointment. They are supposed to show up at 9:00am Saturday morning. After reading these posts, I don't think I will answer the door if they do show up.
