Caller ID = "UNKNOWN NAME," always a red flag. Apparently a live caller but with a severe 2 second echo that made it impossible to understand him. At first I thought two people were talking over each other. He was trying to ask about my health care coverage though. I told him I couldn't understand him and hung up.

Thought it was just a wrong number until I read the above post. I don't like to block local numbers unless I'm sure but this sucker is gettin' blocked.
I got called 3 times in a row from this number while I was working. I called back and the pre-recorded voice said "uhm, hello? are you there?" I heard about a scam where they try to get you to say yes and use that recording to authorize different things, so I said "no." The y then hung up on me.
