We got a call from this number today. The recorded message said something about PG&E raising its rates. Whoever the company was they were offering " free" services ( such as weather stripping). I hung up at that point
I have gotten at least 100 calls from different phone numbers, all of which are related to these solar telemarketers. Usually I block them. For what it's worth, I finally picked up, and when the person came on the phone, I interrupted quickly, saying that I am a renter, and do not make financial decisions on the house. That seemed to confuse them, and I have not had anywhere near the number of calls since then. I still get some, but not near as many.
