I didnt answer, but called back and its a looong message about some financial freedom program. I only listened for a couple seconds and hung up. I reported this to the FCC ont heir website.... fcc(dot)gov(fwd slash)complaints
I'm on the do not call list yet I get this number calling me all to often. I have family in CA so I answered the call. All other times they've called and I'm at work, they leave a message.
