Received a SMS Text Message on my Business cell phone which reads - "VIPStockPicks is opening its doors to the public! The 1st 777 users that enter code 777 at http://vipstocks.mobi will receive Real-Time Penny Stock Alerts!"

This is originating from a cell phone in Davis, Ca. 95616. Phone Carrier: Blue Licenses Holding,Llc.

Under the Federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 the FCC prohibits this type of activity. Fines up to $50,000 per instance can be levied.
