This is NOT Top Hat Energy, it is someone spoofing their number. I have received three hangup calls today from them, and they definitely were not the source of the calls. Someone is spoofing their caller ID, probably some kind of scammer, and they have already filed a report with their local police department. The are being victimized just as much as we are.
