Some one from this number called my new job today and nearly got me fired. This is so unfair, I never took out a loan all i did was apply to see if i qualify, but i never agreed to terms or received any money.Something has to be done about this guy. Because from the posts I've read, it's the same middle eastern guy making the calls.
Got a phone call from "John Morrison" saying they have legal charges filed against me and if me or my attorney does not call back immediately that I will be in jail tomorrow. Guy had a very thick middle eastern accent. It's all fake and a scare tactic so don't believe anything they say.
I received a voicemail on my phone @ work saying to not avoid this, I will be sued. I am going to the Better Business Bureau to look up this company's info or this person's and the police to file an harrasment charge.
Wow I can't believe this, actually got approved from a loan and they told me I'd had to give it back, but they couldn't tell me that amount or any other personal data rather than my first name, I called my loaners and they said it was bogus, total scam!!
