So I spoke with James Miller and David Parks both with foreign accents stating that I was eligible for a $5,000 loan and all I had to do was get a "NON TRANSFERABLE VOUCHER", hint "Green Dot" card from Walmart load it with $350 to show that I can make the payments, and once I did that to call them back with the information and they will verify the funds and issue me a check in the loan amount I requested!!
I said I don't believe you because you have foreign accents and the number shows up as a call center, they got mad and hung up with me, but later continued to call me back and assured me that I was going to get this loan as long as I followed the specific instructions. So I played along with them, and pretend to load the cards requested, and was approved for the loan amount, and said they said okay now we are going to issue you a deposit into your account of the loan amount and the specific amount that I didn't put on the card within 2 hours, I got a call back stating all is well and the funds will be deposited into my account within 15 minutes, so that never happened (which I knew it wouldn't because I also gave them a closed account number), so when I called them back and said I didn't have the funds yet as promised, I was put on hold and they came back and said oh the IRS put a hold on the funds because it was a non verifiable income being put in my account and I had to pay taxes on it and if I didn't the IRS would file criminal charges against me and their company, so they went on to say that they would pay half the tax amount which was like $420, so I pretended to put the money on another card (mind you I am not that stupid to fall for this, just wanted to see how far it would go), got the call back stating everything is okay and the IRS is releasing the fund and they would be in my account within 20minutes, which of course it wouldn't be, so I called back within 20 minutes and said still not money, then I was told I would get a cashiers check by the next day between 8:00 am and 8:30 am on a Saturday delivered by UPS, so I asked for a tracking number, which they provided me one, but wasn't a valid number that UPS uses, so I played along and called back this morning and spoke with James Miller, who finally told me, that it was a scam and that I was scammed out of the money I gave them, which again mind you, I never loaded the cards, I just gave them empty cards to see how far they would go.
So Consumer beware!!!! If you need a payday loan, and this number or anyone from 530-21703707 calls hang up right away!!!!
today i received a call from a 214 446 0280 from mike also had an accent i am desperatley trying to get a loan and this guy was very believable then he told me because i had such bad credit i needed to get a non transfundale voucher at wallgreens put a 114 dollars on it so theyll know i can make the first payment when i do that to call him and he will tell me what to do after that and my money will be deposited within 20 minutes i was confused about what a non transferale voucher was he told me i was the only person who could get my money i was still confused thats how i ended up on this sute. yesterday i got a call again from a foreigner telling me i had a 6000 dollar grant from the government he even sent me a document to verify this then he told me i needed to have 199 dollars to get this grant and told me i had til april 15 to get this grant i told him why doesnt he deposit the grant and i would pay him out of the 6000 dollars he couldnt do that His name was Charlie Goodman 202 738 4533 the problem with these calls is ive been applying for loans and grants after in january a girl who was living with me deposited a check in my account she told me it was good and when it cleared she would pick me up to go to bank to get money it worked out well for me because i was waiting for a payday loan i get everuy month to help pay my rent she was also going to give me money towards my rent because she had een staying with me The day my loan was deposited I called the ank and i had a negative 6.29 instead of almost 900 dollars I called my b anker he asked where did i get the check i depositedv i told him the story and he told me check was fraud and they took my money to cover the money she took out i didnt know until bank sent me copy of this check she had made this check out to me and signed my name i was 400 dollars behind on my rent and had to pay the loan back not getting to use a penny of it for my rent.im a 59 year old woman with final stage lung disease on a very limited income i apply for payday loans on my laptop and only get calls on my cell frrom these foreigners yet my emails are packed with messages telling me ive been approved but they havent heard from me
No legitimate business is going to loan you money over the phone. No really legitimate business is gong to loans you money over the internet. These are serious scams. Never send money to someone you don't personally know. . Do not give any information out to anyone over the phone or internet.
Up front fees for loans are unlawful in most jurisdictions. People who ask for such fees are scammers.
Stay away from payday loans if you can. But if you must, go to a brick and mortar type office where you deal in person with someone.
Go to the bank and change your account numbers. See if you can reverse the withdrawals. If anyone has any credit card numbers make sure you change those too.
