This number has blown up my phone for over a week, finally I Answered. He asked if we had just obtained a VA mortgage refinance, asked him what it mattered. (Had no clue who he was, NEVER identified himself).  He said I could save interest with him, told him that I am quite happy with our mortgage and to remove me from his call list. He got a little pissy, and I had to repeat to him 2 more times to remove me.  Very sarcastically told me to have a good day,.  lol
