This SOB called me 8 times is row today and never left a message. I don't know anyone in this area code and I don't take out of state calls that I don't recognize. As soon as I tried to put the him/her on my call block, the scumbag would ring again. Finally I had to shut off my cell phone. Scumbags.

Also kept changing the caller ID from "1 530-262-6413" to "+1 530-262-6413". By putting a "+" in front, they try to fool your phone into thinking it's a different number. My smart phone apparently isn't smart enough. Both formats are on my call block now.
Minutes before, I also go two back to back calls from "1 530-392-9048" and "+1 530-392-9048" pulling the same tactic, same area code. Must be the same scumbags.
How long do we have to put up with this crap before the Fed does something about it? FCC's DNC list is a joke.
