I do not know whose number this, but I have tried to call it back, Verizon message states this number is no longer in service. This number keeps calling me daily, at least 8-10 times a day, even within 15-30 minutes between each call. No message is left, and I have added the number to my "Auto Reject Call" list which seems to help. The number originates from Northern California, and I am frustrated with this for of harrassment.
