Got a message on my voice mail from African sounding male calling himself Shawn Marsh threatening me to call the very second I received this call or the he thing he could do is to wish me good luck with attorney fees and court costs, not even a lawyer could help me. How do I know what it is I am being threaten for???
I am received calls at work!!!! I am a teacher and the principal is taking the message!!!! I want to take down these guys. How can I do it? Would not give me the name of the company, would not spell the name of the company, hung up on me. If anyone knows how I can get these guys please let me know!
Just got this same phone call - When they ask for your attorney - give them your State's Attorney and their phone number. Tell them you know it is a scam. They got your info when you applied for an online PD loan. Ask questions - when you ask them what county - the will just say that they courthouse is in your hometown - this was the give away on mine - because my hometown does not have a courthouse! The local courthouse is 25 miles away. It is a scam.
I just received a call on my home phone and my work phone from a middle eastern man telling me that if i didn't call back or have an attorney call back that all he could do was wish me good luck. When i called back from a block number this same middle eastern man told me the company name is Oakview Law Firm. I looked up this law firm on yellowpages and nothing come up. I think it's crazy that people can call and harrass you at home and work and nothing can be done about it. Their phone services needs to be revoked.
