Never left message, and they didn't talk when answered the second time.

I did not answer the call and after seeing this site, I'm glad I didn't.

They left a message which I will retrieve not during peak usage time.  I'll come back if it isn't an illegal robo call to a cell phone on the DNC list offering drug rehabilitation services.

This is one of who-knows-how-many rotating numbers that some group is using. What a nuisance.

Called my cell phone, I didn't answer and no message left.  So either not important or just another scammer.
