Caller said she was Amy from Medicare Help Line. She was calling because she said I had applied recently for Medicare (I didn't). Amy asked me if was currently enrolled in Medicare. I asked her if she was real or a computer. A long dead pause & the computer hung up on me.
I called back & after 15 minutes on hold got the exact same questions asked by another computer named Kelly.
