Got a call from them on Aug 1,2017 at 2:50pm. Foreign male asked for me by name - easy to do with cross directory. I told him we were on the Do Not Call list and to please take us off their list. He said he would, AFTER he told me all about their program. He then went into a story about they can help to reduce any credit card debt, etc. I interrupted him, saying I knew it was a scam and was about ready to hang up. I asked him what the name of his firm was, and he said "Kasper Debt Negotiations." I asked him what was their number and he tap-danced around the answer. I wanted to see what he gave me vs what my caller ID showed. He was right on the "Kasper" part, but it took 3 times before he got a proper number of digits to give for their phone number, which did not match the caller ID. I told him I did not believe he was legit and he insisted they were. I asked him if they had a website; he said, 'of course.' I asked him what the website was, since I did not find "Kasper Debt Negotiations' in a Google search. His reply was, 'I don't have that information handy now, but can mail you all the information." I told him they were a scam and if he called again, I would report it to the FCC and hung up on him. He called back 3 times within the next 5 minutes; I answered the first one to say I am now reporting to the FCC.
