I recieved a text message on my cell phone ( 3/7/2012 @ 9:00pm) that I have been chosen to recieve a free $1000 gift card from walmart and to reply with a certain code to claim it. I looked up the phrase on the internet and found many similar notices from all sorts of scammers from different numbers. Some of the entries appeared to be from the promoters themselves! Why can't anyone police this blantant misconduct?

I received a text message similar to that posted by rstep1 at 4:38 am on Mar 08, 2012. It made me crazy when I was sleeping. I don't knw if we can do something to stop them.
