Years ago, before caller ID's, I used to get calls re: my credit card & lowering interest. I'd always tell them not interested and refuse to talk any further. This is the first time in many years that I have received a call that others describe as re: to credit card & lowering interest. I do not answer any calls from a number I don't recognize, and based on posts, this one is definitely in my "Do Not Answer" list. Also, I always suspect it's a DNA, if no message is left. Anyone who really needs to contact me would leave a message.
