I picked up their call. It's Green World Pro Energy. This lady Sandy Lopez said I'm eligible for state funding program and asking me which power company I use. How doesn't she know which one I use if she knows I'm eligible for the program?? She also said she is not selling solar stuff but look at their website, they are all about solar. I'm blocking the number.
