First call today but it only rang 3 times and gone /?????

Got a call from "John" on 2/17/16 from this number. The next day I got another phone call from "John" only it was from Columbia, MD, phone number on that was 443-583-3822.

When I get a robot, I tell it it is not a human. When it lies and says it is a human, I then say "Okay, if you are a human tell me something random and off the wall. LOL.
