Someone from this company calls and threatens me with a lawsuit and jail if I do not pay back the payday loan.  I do not know what they are talking about and tell them that.  They tell me that money was deposited in my Wachovia checking account, which has never happened.  I ask the number of the account and they can never tell me the number.  These people keep giving me different names and numbers but they all have an Indian or Pakastan accent.  I can hardly understand them but they seem to have my information.  I believe this is a SCAM
