2/9/16 at 6:06 pm from Willows CA. No message was left. It has been our experience when we get calls from "City State" they are criminal scammers.

I don't have a caller ID and I was anticipating a call from my son so I picked it up, it said what is my opinion on the Muoslim refugees and if I would consider donating 25 dollars to them and also asked for my SS#.  Told them F Off and hung up.
