Caller left no message, returned call was for CCI SOLAR, recorded message saying they "will be in your area..."

Called and left no message.
My return call turned up a recorded message selling solar services.

Caller leaves no message and hangs up when picked up.  They have been calling a few times a week for the several months now and its annoying.

Caller threatened me when I told him not to call again.  I tried to call the number, but it was "disconnected"

Solar solicitor. Very rude.
