Do not give to organization that cold calls you like that - they are a rip off - let alone only giving very little $$ to the cause they are collecting for. Find a local charity to give to if you have too much money. By giving local you can see your donation in action.
I answered and heard that robocall delay, then the voice asked for my wife. I don't know if it was coincidence or the person had my number confused for hers. After I paused and asked who was speaking, the person hung up. We live in NorCal, and 530 is near us, so I do tend to answer those calls. They seem to be robocalls frequently, though.
Said bcrsf called. She asked for my hubby , then I asked who's speaking and then she said she could talk to me . She said breast cancer research . I hung up on her . Good riddance !!!
They just called and asked for money for breast cancer awareness. Told them I don't have anything and they wouldn't take no for an answer so I hung up.
