Caller ID shows Oroville CA. Left no message. Number is now blocked.

This appeared to be a robocall.  There was a delay after I answered and then they couldn't hear me and said hello several times before they hung up.  I hope they don't call back.

Says the name is local call. Idiots

Called land line.  Would not leave a message on voice mail.

Receive calls from this number  (CallerID:  Oroville  CA, number 530-353-4430) several times a day.  I finally answered and the person starting going on about contributing to a compassionate project.
