In my opinion, any call which doesn't identify the caller on standard caller ID equipment, and is toll-free or from an unfamiliar area code, is by definition a scam. I don't care if they're giving away free ice cream and puppies, I got no time for them. This one identified the caller only as "NEVADA CITY" ergo, a scam.
