This is so out of hand. Repeated calls from "westwood mediation", numerous phone numbers. When speaking to the lady who called, she was incredibly unprofessional and yelled at us. She has the correct last name, but the first name is wrong. It is harassment at this point. At least 10 calls yesterday between cell phones and home phones. I think we should be allowed to pursue them legalls for harassment..I do wonder why they can't locate these people and make an example of them?

The girl whom was spoken to claims she was calling on behalf of BMG regarding an outstanding Payday Loan.
The original Loan company was Namakan. Namakan sent this debt to National Credit Adjustors in Kansas and that is where the situation was finally resolved. Westwood Mediation people are full of themselves and the Attorney Generals Office in Atlanta, GA can be contacted on these scamming people, so beware of this company. There are guidelines to following when collected a debt go to the FPCA I believe and search the right details and consumer rights.
