Calls, but leaves no message.

Hey. These are scam operations. It's time to put them out of business by contacting the FCC. We will fight back and shut them down.

Best of luck there Chris. Look out scammers with spoofed numbers in a foreignfucking country! Super detective/superhero Chris and the FCC (who doesn't really give a shitand has better things to do) are coming for you! Fear the terror of the wrath of Chris! Oh the humanity! In the meantime, the rest of us can just simply block and ignore the call and move on with our day.

You will huh? Try not answering the phone in any way. One less answer, one less participant in their game. Not much more helpless than a scammer without any players.

I wish it were that easy.  Yes, make a complaint, but also invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on calls you do not recognize.
