The first thing that came over the speaker from the answering machine was a canned message about how all their customer service reps were busy assisting other customers. Then a friendly young guy said, "Hello? . . . Hello? . . . Hello? . . . Is <myname> there? Is <myname> there?" Then hung up.
I never hear anyone when I answer. When I call back, the auto message repeats for a few minutes...we are experiencing high call volume, an associate will be with you shortly. Then the phone goes dead.
