Caller asked me if I am Pro-Life or Pro-Choice. I answered Pro-Life but stated that I don't get involved with anyone who calls me over the phone. She was at a loss for words and there was several seconds of dead air. I hung up. There are just too many scammers nowadays so you're just outa luck if you call me for donations. Probably an innocent or even laudable local group or charity but just on principle, I don't reward cold callers. Send me something in the mail that I can verify and I'll think about it.

This is a common scammer/spoofer area code & prefix, and not far away from me. Got two such calls yesterday, in close succession. They are on my call blocker but my phone still records the number although it doesn't ring. No message left on the answering machine.
This number called me 4 times in the past 3 days. Reading what it's about, I already had somebody call to ask my view on pro life or pro choice. That it's nobody's business! I already received a call about this last month and asked to bee taken off of their list.
