I think it may be Geico.

Reference checking company.

I received a call from this number, but did not answer. I also immediately received an email from a company requesting information on a friend of mine, who had listed me as a reference. I called 530-378-7680 back and the auto-attendant stated that it was Pre-employ.com. I assume that the call and the email were no coincidence, and that had I answered the phone I would have been asked to vouch for the abilities and character of my friend.

The company is Pre-employ.com, they do background checks for employers.

Well, they call me just about everyday and I do not answer them. Every call they leave a different name of a person on my recorder that I've never heard of before so go figure.

Whois domain lookup for pre-employ.com and freebackgroundcheck.com is the same.
