530-379-2160 is a TEXT SPAMMER, you get a message asking how are you and then an auto reply if they can send you info for an opportunity that will change your life forever.  Gosh if we are not getting the voicemails now the texts.  No name just the number I'm sure it is to a text factory - in other words just a bogus number that CHURNS out text messages.  So sad this really should be a felony
