I filed the complaint yesterday, but I don't see it now.
The caller, a man used 530-366-1002 called us @19:22, Today, he called @19:13, 05/09/2013. He started to take about deliver " medical Alert" and would not letting me talk" Do not call again". I hung up & returned the call, he didn't hung up on me today., one lady answers & agree to remove our phone from calling list
Now I can see its commercial " Medical Alert Systems $23.95/mo." above my complaint..
The "John" Guy on the phone is prerecorded and just scans numbers. I called them back and got a lady from "Senior Medical Alert" telling me my grandmother has been selected in california to recieve this free system... I live in Alabama... "Oh, yes. She has been selected in Alabama for a free system."
Just tell them you already have one and to take you off the list.
Its either
1. They give you the system then bill you for it.
2. They just want your billing information.
